Step 1: Thorough Inspection
We start with a detailed 60–90 minute inspection of the attic, crawlspace, garage, roofline, and exterior. We identify where rodents are entering, nesting, and causing damage. Traps are set in active areas immediately.
Step 2: Exclusion Repairs
This is the most important step.
If the holes stay open, rats and mice will keep coming back. Our team seals entry points around the home to stop rodents from entering in the first place.
Step 3: Trapping Program
After the home is sealed, we begin a short-term trapping plan with weekly follow-up visits. Depending on the infestation, this process may take anywhere from 3–7 weeks.
Step 4: Clean Up & Sanitize
Rodent urine and feces can spread bacteria and odors that attract more rodents. We provide cleanup, disinfecting, sanitizing, and insulation removal/replacement when needed.
Step 5: Ongoing Maintenance
Rodent control is about prevention too. We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans with exterior rodent stations and periodic inspections to keep your home protected year-round.
