Pest Inspection in Petaluma, California

I recently did a pest inspection on the east side of Petaluma California. This was for a real estate transaction. These type of Pest inspections are called WTO inspections. WDO stands for wood, destroying organisms.

 

Some of the findings included:

  • Subterranean termites
  • Dry rot on the siding
  • Dry rot on the trim
  • Dry rot on the belly board
  • Moisture intrusion behind the stucco. Cracks in the stucco.
  • Plants and trees too close to the home
  • Cellulose debris in the crawlspace
  • Moisture in the crawlspace, vapor barrier needed
