936 Emily Ave Rohnert Park Pest Inspection
Today we did a Pest Inspection at 936 Emily Avenue Rohnert Park, California. Some of the findings include;
section 1:
Subterranean termites, dry wood termites, dry rot, dry rotten trim fascia and door jam. Damaged LVP flooring.
section 2:
Vapor barrier should be replaced as the Current one under the crawlspace is old and ripped in several locations and not covering the entire crawlspace. Also, there’s lots of rodent feces on top of the current vapor barrier. We recommend installing a thicker one like a 12 mil or 15ml These products will last a lot longer than what traditional companies install (4ml and 6ml). There is cellular debris scattered on the crawlspace floor, Cellulose debris is food for termites and the termites are in the cellular debris eating it.
General pest issues:
Rodents were found in the attic, crawlspace and garage. There were droppings throughout the crawlspace and droppings in the attic on top of the hvac box, and in the garage. We recommend doing rotting exclusion repair work and also cleaning up all the feces, disinfecting, sanitizing, and treating the areas with a viricide.
other issues non pest related:
piers are metal and a lot of them are rusted and should be replaced at some point.
roof should be replaced soon.
Home paint and caulking exterior is needed.
Bathroom fan has no exhaust.
Duct not attached in attic.
