Today in men’s group we discussed how this change just like the seasons. All seasons come to an end and new ones begin. If you’re in the middle of a difficult season, just know this too shall pass! If you’re on top, just know you won’t be there forever. Our time on earth is fleeting. So as you go about your day being the best you can be; do so with grace for others, humility, but still crush it!!

Hey what’s going on everybody happy Finish Strong Friday today is the 20th of June it’s summer solstice and I just left Men’s Coffee on Fridays over at New Vintage they have coffee for men at 6:00 a.m so if you’re in the Santa Rosa area you could pop in and join us anytime it’s a it’s an open invitation to any anyone really but today’s conversation we were talking about how everything’s cyclical there’s a time for joy and happiness and then grief and sadness and there’s a time to be born and there’s a time to pass away and there’s there’s just cyclical things and events in life just like the seasons are fleeting right we’re in summer now but it’ll be fall and then it’ll be winter so all these things pass and so when we were discussing this a few good points came and it was one that everything is is going to pass so if you’re in a valley this is an encouragement right this too shall pass if you feel like you’re in a dark space the weight of the world is on your shoulders it’s not going to last forever right it’ll pass uh contrary if you’re the top dog right now and you’re on top of the mountain you’re not going to be there forever right and people will come and go and even if we get a long life 80 90 100 years in the grand schemes of things and of existence we’re only here for a short period of time people are going to forget your name my name right but the one constant in all that is God right and so uh just anchoring ourselves in that like whether we’re in a valley the mountaintop pursuing the mountaintop it you know it’s going to pass all all of that stuff but but God remains the same and it was great hearing other people’s perspectives you know someone’s saying something over here and someone’s saying something over there but just understanding that even though things are cycl cyclical and will come and go like we can still be impactful to those people around us today we can be impactful and we can leave this place a little better than we found it we can encourage one another we can be kind we can speak life to each other so just some kind of thoughts on today guys be impactful make a difference be encouraging to people love one another trust the process trust God when you stumble have grace with yourself pick yourself up all right guys
