Pest inspection at 206 Belhaven Santa Rosa

Today we performed a pest inspection for a real estate transaction at 206 Belhaven Santa Rosa, CA 95409. The pest inspection was for wood destroying organisms. Some of the findings included:

Subterranean termites, dry rot and trim dry rot and fascia’s, dry rotten door, surface fungus in the crawlspace, cellulose debris in the crawlspace, moisture in the soil underneath the home and a vapor barrier is highly recommend it.

Other findings that were not what destroying include rodents in the crawlspace. Caulking and paint breaking down which can lead to moisture intrusion. Recommending a full exterior perimeter paint job. The chimney cap is rusted and locking screen which can allow birds and bats to enter.
