This is your reminder that every time you fall you have an opportunity to get back up. Anytime you stumble, mess up, fall short, lose your temper, or whatever mistake you make; you can get back up and try again!  This is your reminder to have Grace with yourself and understand failure is not permanent.

As long as you have breath in your lungs and you are alive and well, you can move forward. You can take big leaps or small steps. You can keep going. Believe in yourself, Trust in God, Trust the process, Trust your journey.
