Today we did a rodent inspection. Some of the findings include openings along the foundation vents, Openings in the Eaves, Openings near the chimney, Opening underneath the deck leading into the crawlspace, which will have to be sealed from underneath the home.

We also noticed organic matter on the roof, which we recommend clearing off. We also found leaves in the gutters, we recommend cleaning out the gutters and then installing stainless steel gutter guards.
