We performed a free quote/Second opinion for some pest control issues and would destroying organism issues. There were pest issues, were destroying organism issues, Sanitation issues and structural issues.

Findings included:

rodent exclusions needed, rodent clean up in attic and crawlspace
surface fungus (wdo issue)
vapor barrier needed
dry rot repair on eaves and door
structural issues included piers that need to be replaced under the home due to age and normal wear and tear.
sanitizing issues
attic and sub area need disinfecting and sanitizing and removal of rodent feces and or carcasses.
ducts need to be re insulated and one needs to be strapped and soil dug out from under the duct.
